Exceptional Students, Uniquely Created Artwork
 On View January 13 – May 12, 2026
Opening Reception | Thursday, January 15, 5:30 PM

Friends and Stars, founded by Dixie Lee Hedrington-Miller, showcases artwork created by artists with disabilities. In this welcoming, home-away-from-home studio, every artist is encouraged, celebrated, and recognized as a star—regardless of skill level or experience. Through Dixie’s guidance, creativity becomes a powerful form of self-expression, confidence, and joy, reflected in each piece on view. This inspiring exhibit celebrates the creativity, talent, and unique perspectives of these exceptional students.
