Versa Music provides musical instruction for youth in piano, guitar, strings, woodwinds, brass, percussion, and voice with an exceptionally trained staff of instructors.

Visual Art

“Wild at heART” provides visual art classes in a safe creative space where kids learn and experience the visual arts. With professional instruction and a wide variety of media available, your child is sure to find his or her creative outlet with us!  Classes are 3:30-5:00 pm each day; Mondays & Wednesdays for ages 5-7, Tuesdays & Thursdays for ages 8-12, and Open Studio on Fridays for ages 11+.

Ride the Bus!

Bus transportation is available from area schools to the Center for after-school art classes.

To register your child for the bus schedule, please contact South Georgia Ballet, Versa Musica, Wild at heART, and Phoenix Theatre directly.

Your child must be registered through each Art Education Partner he/she is taking classes with.

Dance

South Georgia Ballet gives each dancer a joyful experience and professional instruction at every age level. Instruction is offered for ballet, pointe, partnering, variation, contemporary, tap, jazz, creative movement, and toddlers and tutus. Classes are available for ages 2-18.

Drama

Under the direction of Hananel Jackson, Phoenix Theatre provides drama instruction for ages 8 and up. Youth Theatre programs run from September through April and focuses on fundamentals, including acting, story-craft, auditioning and elements of Musical Theatre.

Etiquette

Southwest Georgia Protocol School believes that good social skills never go out of style. In a connected and globalized society, knowing how to behave appropriately provides opportunities for advancement both socially and in business. Youth etiquette classes will be offered at the Center beginning August 23.
