The Center is home to a variety of Arts Education Partners which provide professional instruction in drama, music, dance, visual art, and etiquette through the Center’s Art in the Afternoon program.
South Georgia Ballet
Through classes, performances, demonstrations, and school workshops SGB strives to educate both students and audiences in our area. Ages 2 and up.
Wild at heART
“Wild at heART” provides visual art classes in a safe creative space where kids learn and experience the visual arts. With professional instruction and a wide variety of media available, your child is sure to find his or her creative outlet with us! Ages 5 and up.
Ride the Bus!
Bus transportation is available from area schools to the Center for after-school art classes.
To register your child for the bus schedule, please contact South Georgia Ballet, Versa Musica, Wild at heART, and Phoenix Theatre directly.
Your child must be registered through each Art Education Partner he/she is taking classes with.
Phoenix Theatre drama programs focus on fundamentals: acting, story-craft, auditioning, and elements of Musical Theatre. Ages 8 and up.
Versa Musica offers private musical instruction in a vareity of instruments. Qualified instructors teach lessons on piano, guitar, strings, woodwinds, brass, percussion, and voice.
Southwest Georgia Protocol School
Good social skills never go out of style! Southwest Georgia Protocol School offers etiquette classes focused on personal interaction, online etiquette, dining skills, and more.
Friends & Stars
Friends & Stars provides unique, pioneering visual arts instruction expressly designed for an all-inclusive special needs population. Student “Stars” have the opportunity to create and showcase their talent.
Noteworthy Music – Coming Soon!
Beginning in Spring 2018, noteworthy Music brings youth music instruction in the Kindermusik style. Kindermusik has helped millions of children build a strong musical foundation.
