Join the conversation and engage with regional arts and community leaders to discuss Strengthening Community through Creative Placemaking. We’re laying the foundation for an emerging creative economy by facilitating a dialogue between civic leaders, entrepreneurs, city government, area non-profits, and local corporations to develop a new arts district in Thomasville.The conversation will be based on the guest speakers’ areas of expertise including public art and architecture, collaboration, and artist engagement as elements in creative placemaking.

Creative Conversations is a nationwide grassroots program to promote and discuss the profile of arts in communities. These events are presented by the Americans for the Arts throughout October in support of National Arts and Humanities Month.
